EXCHANGE POLICY
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED
For all exchanges, you are required to clearly record the process of
opening the package from start to finish without editing. We do not
accept complaints of damage or missing products without an unboxing
video.
Criteria
Redemption applies to products with the following criteria:
1.1. Wrong size
The product received does not match what the customer ordered, for
example, the customer ordered no. 30, but received size 32.
Different sizes between the physical product and the packaging/box.
Different sizes between left and right (eg: shoes, sandals).
The product received is the same side (both shoes/sandals are the same
right or left side).
1.2. Wrong color
The product color is not the same as that specified in the product
description, for example, a customer orders blue shoes, but receives
red.
1.3. Damaged
Product color: Fading or different colors.
Product materials: Peeling leather, torn material, loose stitching or
knitting, stained or damaged areas, torn or punctured material.
Product parts: Loose buttons, broken zipper, missing pieces/parts,
broken handle, cannot be inflated (for balls).
Footwear (Shoes/Sandals)
Minimum 1 (one) different size between left and right.
Peeling leather, loose stitching and missing parts of the shoe.
Product color fades/different color.
Clothes
Damage due to loose buttons, loose knitting and similar things.
Stains on clothes.
Torn fabric/material.
Broken stitches.
Zipper damage and similar things.
PColor fade/different color.
Bag
Stains on the bag.
Color fade/different color.
Has a small puncture or tear.
Loose stitching or defective embroidery.
Broken zipper.
Peeling product skin.
Accessories
The missing part.
Scratches on glasses.
Peeling product skin, loose stitching on gloves.
Embroidery is stained, loose, or faded.
Ball
Missing ball valve (basketball, volleyball, etc.)..
Damage to packaging.
Cannot be pumped.
Sports Equipment (Relevant Rackets or Sports Equipment)
Scratches/damage to equipment.
The handle is broken.
Unusual shape (does not conform to its normal condition as specified in
the product description).
Damaged strings (if they cannot be replaced).
Submission of product exchange with other size or color type/model is
not allowed. However, you may return your product for a full refund
(provided the exchanged product meets the criteria) and place a new
order. Exchanges can only be made with the same product (same SKU, same
size, same color, etc.).
Requests for product exchange must be made within 14 (fourteen) days
after the order is received. The exchanged product must be received at
the designated location no later than 7 (seven) days after the exchange
date is approved by sak.biz.id.
When exchanging products, please use the outer packaging/box as we sent
you and cover the product packaging with sturdy wrapping and add a
FRAGILE sticker on the shipment to avoid the original box being damaged
during the shipping process. We do not accept any form of exchange:
where there is damage to the product and the product packaging/box.
